Customer Care Representative (Administrative)
Ensure customer satisfaction by promptly addressing service requests and resolving defects efficiently.
Schedule service technicians and manage calendars and tickets using Microsoft Dynamics.
Generate service tickets for AR cabinet and millwork, vendor supplies, paid services, and reimbursements.
Coordinate Hometracker punch lists and report updates to Veridian Homes.
Serve as the liaison between Cabinet and Millwork Specialists, customers, sales teams, and builders.
Maintain accurate records of service issues, defect tracking spreadsheets, and delivery schedules.
Provide administrative support including documentation, spreadsheet maintenance, and calendar coordination.
Complete tasks efficiently to meet service, delivery, and installation deadlines.
Answer and route phone calls, and send service recaps to Veridian's Warranty department.
Attend required meetings and perform additional duties as assigned by the Purchasing Manager.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in customer service, administrative support, or coordination roles, preferably in construction, cabinetry, or building supply industries.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with Microsoft Dynamics or similar systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
Team-oriented with a proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
