SALES ENABLEMENT MANAGER
JOB SUMMARY
The Sales Enablement Manager will simplify our training knowledge needs in a market that is increasingly becoming more complex as technology and employers' expectations continue to evolve and change quickly.
The Sales Enablement Manager role is a key member of the Growth Team and will be focused on developing and improving the performance of an Empyrean's new and existing client facing teams. This role will oversee all the components of supporting the sales team in directing sales-related initiatives such as training, best practices, content, tools and technology.
This person will serve as the liaison between sales, marketing and product departments and will have the responsibility for providing Empyrean market facing teams with the necessary training and resources that will maximize productivity and sales.
