Administrative Assistant (Administrative)
Assist with Administrative and Accounting tasks, including:
Prepare and process client invoices consistent with contract terms, client requirements, and company procedures.
Maintain projects based on contracts and contract amendments.
Have a general understanding of AEC project contracts, experience with the NCDOT is a plus.
Produce routine management reports and other reports as requested.
Provide additional analytical support regarding project status and performance as needed.
Timesheet review & approval.
Expense report review and processing.
Purchasing and ordering PPE equipment for field staff.
Assist with vehicle fleet services.
Assist with Marketing tasks, including:
Assist with proposal development, creating and updating employees' master resumes, developing project resumes, and cataloging project photos.
Coordinate employee conferences, professional meetings, and training registrations.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience in Administrative and Accounting tasks preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated team-oriented behavior.
