💰 Hourly Pay: $35-$40/hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure high-quality care
• Monitor and document patient progress and condition changes
• Support residents with daily activities, ensuring comfort and safety

Qualifications:

✔️ Active LVN license in the state of California
✔️ Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred
✔️ Strong communication and teamwork skills
✔️ Compassionate and dedicated to resident care
✔️ Flexibility to work varied shifts as needed
