Customer Service Representative (ProTurn) (Healthcare)
Job Summary
The Customer Service Representative (ProTurn) will respond to customer requests regarding order status, product information, account status, pricing, product, or service. This role requires a highly detail-oriented, customer-focused individual with strong communication skills and a willingness and desire to complete hands on work as needed.

Responsibilities
Work with distributors or original equipment manufacturers to serve existing customers on appropriate product recommendations for complex product line. Respond to inquiries and prepare quotes / orders using the Microsoft D365 F&O Enterprise Resource (ERP) system. Work closely with Sales Operations/Customer Service Managers, Plant Managers, and Product Group Managers to better serve customer needs. Build strong working relationships with customers. Resolve customer complaints and ensure overall customer satisfaction through professional customer support. Accurately measure customer-supplied samples and returns.
Requirements
1+ year of industrial sales; inside sales, customer service, B2B or distributor sales. Experience working with ERP systems (Microsoft D365) preferred. High school diploma / GED equivalent required. Ability to read tape measures and use basic hand (non-power) tools.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
Ability to learn Beginner practical knowledge of product and customer applications. Detail oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbal, and coach customers and BSC Field Sales Representatives on requirements for quoting and fabrication of ProTurn products. Experience working in a Microsoft environment; working primarily with customers through email and telephone. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel a plus. Ability to get forklift certified. May be required to lift 50 pounds and lift, carry, push, pull or move large objects.
