Clinician (R&D)

Are you passionate about making a difference in behavioral health? Join LifeWays as a Access Clinician, where you'll provide trauma-informed, culturally competent evaluations for individuals seeking mental health services.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm, No Weekends,Four ten hour shifts available, day off negotiable based on team needs and planning discussions.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct intake assessments for Medicaid and other health plans.Screen and connect individuals to community resources and crisis interventions.Provide on-call and crisis services in various settings, including hospitals, schools, and homes.Collaborate with diverse professionals and maintain accurate, timely documentation.
What Youll Bring:
Masters degree and appropriate licensure (LLMSW, LMSW, LLPC, LPC, LLP).3+ years of experience in Michigan's community mental health system.Excellent interpersonal, time management, and multitasking skills.Ability to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends.
