As a Senior Administrative Specialist at F5, you will play a dual role that combines advanced administrative support with strategic program and project management. This unique position requires not only the ability to handle complex scheduling and correspondence but also the skills to manage and drive key initiatives across the organization. You will be working closely with senior management, ensuring that their schedules run smoothly while also taking ownership of critical projects that influence the company's direction and success.
Your expertise in SharePoint will be invaluable as you streamline workflows, facilitate communication, and enhance collaboration across various teams. You will act as a hub of information and coordination, ensuring that all parts of the organization are aligned and working efficiently towards our common goals.
A typical day might include:
VP calendar management
Scheduling kick-off or other project meetings
Reviewing leader presentations for accuracy and clarity
Developing / sending program status communications
Creating SharePoint sites / pages
Updating team calendar and keeping overall rhythm of business
Tracking risks, issues, decisions, action items for the team
Budget tracking and reporting
Ordering supplies or setting up onsite meetings
Responsibilities
Perform high-level administrative duties, including managing complex schedules, arranging meetings, and planning travel.
Oversee and drive strategic initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
Utilize your SharePoint skills to improve document management, collaboration, and information sharing across teams.
Exercise sound judgment and decision-making aligned with F5's core values.
Manage sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
Work independently in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving abilities.
Collaborate with other administrative professionals within the company to share knowledge and resources, enhancing overall efficiency.
Qualifications
Minimum two-year degree preferred.
5+ years of experience in the administrative field supporting senior leaders; experience in the high-tech industry is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to own manage administrative or other projects in a corporate or related environment.
Strong experience working with MS Teams and SharePoint including Page administration
Experience developing executive or customer facing presentations in MS PowerPoint.
Ability to understand and navigate business-specific functions to accelerate problem-solving and proactive tasks.
Advanced skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Tableau.
Demonstrated initiative and the ability to exercise judgment.
Ability to complete tasks without detailed instructions.
Strong project management skills.
Detail-oriented, timely, and diligent.

The annual base pay for this position is: $70,444.00 - $105,666.00F5 maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, geographic locations, and market conditions, as well as to reflect F5's differing products, industries, and lines of business. The pay range referenced is as of the time of the job posting and is subject to change.
