Customer Support Representative (Administrative)
You are eager to spend your days speaking with customers on the phone, via email, and through chat. You're comfortable solving our customers needs and figuring things out on the fly. Youre an A+ listener and communicator with the ability to synthesize feedback and be the customer's voice to help your teammates.

Key Responsibilities
Answering customer questions as they come through email, chat, or phone routing them to the appropriate internal team.
Analyze customer feedback to create new ways to excite and engage our customers.
Creating documentation to help customers resolve their issues.
Assisting with accounting issues.
Establish and maintain professional relationships with consumers, retailers, and portal clients.
Participate in required training and meetings.
Wear all the safety equipment as required.
Follow all safety standards as required.
All other duties as assigned.
Communicate with your supervisor daily.
