BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• One year of administrative/clerical experience including Word, Excel, Power Point.
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
• This position entails access to export-controlled items and employment offers are conditioned upon an applicant's to lawfully obtain access to such items.

• Outlook and Oracle programs.JOB SUMMARY:
Provide administrative support to plant with a high level of confidentiality. Communicate with internal/external customers as required.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Provide support to the plant.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Monitor Lobby door. Process in visitors and customers.
• Maintain Customer welcome board.
• Process incoming/outgoing mail.
• Maintain files for correspondence, procedures, and reports.
• Answer the telephone and communicate messages from internal/external customers.
• Schedule meetings, appointments as directed by manager, and communicate messages from internal/external customers.
• Order, store, inventory, and dispense office supplies as required.
• Perform special projects as directed.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• Generate requisitions for engineering, EHS and process supplies for planner.
• Receive invoices in oracle for Purchasing, Manufacturing, Engineering, EHS and HR.
• Input vacation requests and maintain staff vacation and travel calendars.
• Responsible for 5S designated front office areas.
• HWF travel administrator.
• Coordinate lunches for visitors, customers and meetings.
• Creating item masters
• Prepping and assisting with physical inventory
• Comply with all EHS rules related to the work environment.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
1. Skills and Abilities:
• Must be able to communicate well with internal and external customers.
• Ability to work without direct supervision is required.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written are desired.
• Must be detailed oriented.
• Ability to display a high level of professionalism and business etiquette.
2. Medical Surveillance Requirements:
• Must pass Jaeger I eye exam.
3. Equipment Used:
• Standard Office Equipment.
4. Work Environment:
• Works in air conditioned area.
• Requires some walking, most of the time will be spent sitting.
• Requires wearing safety glasses, ear plugs and Metal tarsal shoes.
