Location: Cumberland, RI or Skillman, NJ Kenvue's corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ , but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025.
Travel %: 10%
Pay : $92,000-$149,500
What you will do
The Team Lead Customer Experience is responsible for Collaborative Forecasting Planning and Replenishment (CPFR) activities with our customers, direct supervision and leadership for Analysts with responsibility for Collaborative Forecasting Planning and Replenishment (CPFR), as well as the development and implementation, when appropriate, of Joint Business Plans with their Customers.
The qualified candidate will collaborate with internal Supply Chain operations partners to improve logistics and ordering efficiencies and drive on time in full delivery and RIS improvements. They will support all sales efforts to drive collaborative topline and forecast attainment. They will achieve customer penetration and relationship building across various levels of management and in the functional areas of replenishment, merchandising, logistics, accounts payable, EDI, and sales to develop customer specific improvement strategies and tactics.
The Team Lead Customer Experience will also be responsible for developing and managing project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project completion for improvement opportunities that may arise as part of the daily partnership with key internal and external stakeholders.
