Assoc Analyst Chargebacks (Administrative)
Job Summary
Under direct supervisor, responsible for processing chargeback submissions and support chargeback related discrepancies.Perform research necessary for resolution of disputes.
Job Description
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide resolution to incidents or issues.
Monitor databases.
As directed, address chargeback related inquiries and apply detailed analysis.
Monitor email box to ensure timely responses.
Maintain relationships with external and internal resources to facilitate timely processing of files and payments.
Support Analyst team in the coordination and delivery of training sessions.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
Work Experience:
At least 1 year of customer service experience in a high-volume setting.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:
Time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Work Experience:
At least 1 year of customer service experience in a high-volume setting.
Experience in SAP.

The anticipated salary range for this position:
$56,160.00 - $78,520.00 AnnualThe actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
