Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with implementing individualized treatment plans for residents
- Work closely with the Occupational Therapist to monitor and track progress
- Help residents improve their daily living skills through hands-on therapy
- Ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date
- Provide compassionate care while fostering a positive, supportive environment
What We're Looking For:
- Active COTA certification
- Strong knowledge of occupational therapy principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
