Floor Care Custodian (Maintenance)

LB&B Associates Inc. is currently seeking Floor Care Custodians for its contract at the Mecklenburg County Court Buildings in Charlotte, NC.
The full-time position working hours will be Monday - Friday 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM and requires experience in floor and carpet maintenance. Candidate must be able to perform executive office cleaning, high/low dusting, damp mopping, detailed restroom cleaning, and other duties as assigned.
The Candidate must have experience and familiarity with usage of automatic and manual floor machines. Stripping and waxing of floors unsupervised and must be detailed on cleaning and preparing floors.
