Senior Operations Manager - Hilton New York Times Square (Finance)
The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of hotel experience in various departments including Front Office, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping and Engineering. Knowledge of New York Union Local 6, as well as an affinity for team building and interpersonal skills are important aspects to the ideal candidate. This position will be the manager on duty during the PM shifts for all operations. This position will report to the Director of Operations!
Shift Pattern: Full Availability
Compensation: Between $80,000 - $90,000 annually, final offer based on experience

What will I be doing?
As Senior Operations Manager, you would be responasible for managing the hotel operations on the PM Shift to ensure total guest satisfaction profitability, control costs and maintain standards. Provides leadership, organization, instruction and guidance to Housekeeping, Front Office, Security, Engineering and F&B staff during the PM Shift. Oversees housekeeping, front office systems, supplies inventory, scheduling, forecasting and department budget to maximize revenue. Compiles and prepares financial reports, including: rate and availability calendar. Interviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules and evaluates staff. Ensures completion of daily objectives while maintaining Hilton's Brand Standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
