ES Network Administrator 4 (Finance)
1. Leads in the designs, plans and management of complex Enterprise LAN/WAN and/or Wireless networks and network systems installation and upgrade projects.
2. Monitors and manages data traffic and controls network resource performance to ensure high-quality transmission.
3. Performs advanced technical analyses of software, hardware and transmission facilities using various diagnostic tools in support of efficient network operations.
4. Leads in development, implementation and monitoring of compliance with best practices of network standards and policies.
5. Evaluates and recommends networking product and software upgrades and improvements.
6. Analyzes performance metrics and provides recommendations to management.
7. Provides leadership and technical guidance to lower-level network and technical support staff as needed.
8. Performs other job-related duties as required.
Education: Requires a thorough understanding of both theoretical and practical aspects of an analytical, technical or professional discipline; or the basic knowledge of more than one professional discipline. Knowledge of the discipline is normally obtained through a formal, directly job-related 4 year degree from a college or university or an equivalent in-depth specialized training program that is directly related to the type of work being performed.
Experience: Requires a minimum of seven (7) years of directly job-related experience.
