Systems Administrator, Networking (Finance)
The Role
ITHAKA is seeking a Systems Administrator to join our Infrastructure management team, who will be responsible for managing and maintaining Cisco firewalls, performing upgrades to network gear, troubleshooting network related issues, and monitoring our LAN/WANs performance. Our Infrastructure management team maintains and manages the foundational technology systems that supports ITHAKA. You will be the first responder to network related issues and will monitor work queues for network related tasks. You'll join an agile end-to-end culture where small, diverse, durable, and co-located teams are given the tools and the freedom to collaborate and create, giving them the ability to make impactful changes quickly. This is a terrific opportunity for a Systems Administrator with strong skills to join a small team that works closely with cross-functional teams and reports directly to the Senior Manager, Technology Services.

Compensation and Benefits
At ITHAKA we believe in openness and equity. Part of living those values is our commitment to clarity about salary ranges, so candidates know what to expect. The starting salary for this position ranges from $85,000 to $105,000 per year. Starting pay may vary with job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At present, our total compensation package for benefits-eligible employees includes medical, dental, and vision plans, an employer-paid 10% retirement contribution, paid parental and caregiver leave, 22 days of paid time off, 11 paid holidays, up to 12 sick days, wellness benefits, and more.
