Managing Director Supplemental Health Solutions (Finance)
This leader will ensure supplemental health products meet or exceed affordability goals and differentiate Cigna in the marketplace. The successful leader in this role will define SHS's strategy, create the roadmap and priorities to execute against this strategy, and will drive the optimal collaboration with Cigna's US Employer business to capture these opportunities across B2B and B2C channels. Achievements will be largely dependent on successfully partnering with multiple internal and external constituents.
This individual will be tasked with optimizing results to continue being a top value driver for US Employer to contribute to Cigna's right to win in the marketplace, along with identifying and championing investments oriented around future capabilities and market penetration. This individual must also drive an effective operating model and management process across the enterprise that will achieve desired financial and membership targets.Key areas of focus for this leader to advance and differentiate Cigna's Supplemental Health strategy will include driving: Medical integration and innovation; increased enrollment participation; cross-selling with US Employer Medical clients; and the retention of clients cross-sold with NY Life.
Finally, this inspirational and authentic leader will develop and motivate a high-performing team, while fostering a diverse and inclusive culture. This individual will exhibit an enterprise mindset while working across functional areas to gain cross-collaborative partnerships to accelerate value. There will be heavy concentration on developing talent within the team, ensuring successful output.
