Who You Are:
The Sourcing Specialist enjoys problem solving, research, technology and people! They drive all aspects of candidate lead development and candidate sourcing activities for clinical and non-clinical positions across our varied locations to supplement the recruiters passive and active applicant pools. This includes identifying and carrying out complex sourcing strategies, utilizing multiple methods and tools to attract and acquire candidates for priority positions.
What You'll Do:
Seek to thoroughly understand Nystroms positions, departments, services and locations. This will include but is not limited to utilization of job descriptions, company websites and public information, site visits, position intake meetings and relationships within the organization.Work with Talent Acquisition as well as site and department leadership to understand the target audience to attract and compelling attributes to take to market.Conduct continual and varied research to understand external labor market factors, changing business dynamics and competitor differences to influence candidate messaging and sourcing strategies. Create robust sourcing strategies and plans to support multiple identified company priority positions and hot jobs in alignment with Talent Acquisition leadership. Utilize a variety of technologies, tools and methodologies to identify and engage potential applicant pools. This may include Indeed, LinkedIn, licensure lists, company websites and profiles, professional associations, networking events and various web browsers. Make cold calls, sends targeted emails, utilizes message campaigns and posts positions in a variety of social media and other forums to gather attention to available opportunities. Partner with Talent Acquisition regarding the development and execution of various forms of career fairs, open houses and other networking events.
Screen qualified candidates and submits to Talent Acquisition Specialists based on position requirements.Develop an ongoing and diverse pipeline of prospective candidates using research, networking, database mining, complex internet searches.Document competitive intel, determined strategies, executed efforts and results to create efficiencies and awareness of sourcing accomplishments.
What Your Qualifications Should Be:
2+ years of experience creating sourcing strategies for a variety of positions and locations. Clinical experience is not required but preferred.2+ years of experience utilizing a variety of sourcing tools and methodologies to find talent successfully.2+ years of experience sending cold emails and making cold calls to potential candidates or referrals.Proficiency in working with LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or other social media platforms as well as an applicant tracking system. High school diploma required.
